Terms of Use

By accessing and using the technical advisory services, seminars, and audits offered by Hyunohdop, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. These terms govern the relationship between the firm and the client in the context of operational process reengineering and the implementation of integrated computer systems for production management.

1. Purpose of Services

Hyunohdop provides technical consulting services, including industrial quality control seminars, assembly line efficiency analysis, and machinery operational time auditing. The specific scope of each service will be defined in a separate proposal or contract, detailing deliverables, deadlines, and specific conditions.

2. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to provide truthful information, access to facilities, and operational data necessary for the execution of the work. Likewise, they must designate a valid point of contact and facilitate the collaboration of the involved personnel. Any delay or lack of information attributable to the client may affect the agreed deadlines.

3. Liability and Limitations

Hyunohdop will act with the professional diligence typical of the sector. However, the firm shall not be liable for indirect damages, production losses, or loss of profits arising from the implementation of recommendations, unless there is fraud or gross negligence. Technical recommendations are based on information available at the time of analysis and do not constitute guarantees of specific results.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, diagrams, and materials delivered by Hyunohdop are its intellectual property. The client may use them exclusively for their internal operations, and their reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged during the provision of services. This obligation will remain in effect during and after the termination of the contract, for a period of three years.

6. Duration and Termination

Services will be governed by the term stipulated in the proposal or contract. Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 business days' notice, without prejudice to services already rendered. In the event of a material breach, the affected party may terminate the contract immediately.

7. Modifications

Hyunohdop reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website and will take effect 15 days after publication. Continued use of the services will imply acceptance of the new conditions.
